Our 4R100 remanufacturing process and performance upgrades have made this transmission one of the most durable and reliable units in the industry. Each 4R100 transmission includes a heavy-duty recalibration kit designed to reduce slippage and increase clutch longevity. We address known OE design flaws by using an upgraded locking snap ring for the coast clutch and a spiral lock snap ring for the forward clutch, eliminating premature failure points. A one-piece rear case bushing improves internal fluid flow and lubrication, while the center support is precision-machined and modified to accept a snap ring for added stability. Our upgraded pressure regulator and boost valve system helps eliminate delayed engagement, harsh shifting, and torque converter shudder.

Every remanufactured 4R100 transmission undergoes our exclusive Tru-Flat stator qualification and machining process for maximum precision. For diesel and V10 applications, we include a completely upgraded long-spline center shaft drum and an HD billet single-clutch torque converter to handle high torque demands.
