Returns
Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery if the product is confirmed to be defective or faulty. After the 30-day return period, products may still be covered under the manufacturer or product warranty, if applicable. Warranty details are available on the individual product page under the “Warranty” tab.

All returns require confirmation of eligibility before being authorized.
Return Eligibility
- The auto part must be confirmed as defective or faulty
- The return request must be made within 30 days of delivery
- The product must not show damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or modification
Items Not Eligible for Return
- Items damaged due to improper installation, misuse, lack of or improper fluid filling, or failure caused by performance modifications not furnished with the vehicle
- Items returned after the 30-day return window
- Custom-built or made-to-order products
- Products that have been installed, unless confirmed defective
Return Shipping
- If the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part, we will cover return shipping costs.
- If the return or exchange is due to customer error, the customer is responsible for all return shipping, handling, and applicable restocking fees.
Exchanges
If we mistakenly ship the wrong product — including an incorrect make, model, year, engine size, or application — we will arrange the return and ship the correct item at no cost to the customer.
Conditions for exchanges due to our error:
- The exchange request must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
- The product must not have been installed
- The product must be returned in its original packaging
- Once confirmed that the incorrect item was sent by us, all shipping, handling, and restocking fees will be covered
Customers are responsible for verifying product compatibility before installation.
Purchased Wrong Item (Customer Error)
If an incorrect product was ordered due to customer error, the following applies:
- Exchanges may be permitted if the correct item is available in stock
- The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges
- If the correct item is not available, the customer is responsible for return shipping, handling, and applicable restocking fees
- Custom-built or made-to-order items are not eligible for return or exchange
Defective Products & Warranty
Defective products are covered under their applicable warranty, if provided. Warranty information is listed on the individual product page. Customers should refer to the product warranty for coverage details related to defective or failed products.
Non-Defective Product Returns
- In most cases, non-defective products are not eligible for return.
- If a non-defective product is approved for exchange, shipping, handling, and restocking fees will apply.
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned product.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
