Refund and Returns

RETURN POLICY LENGTH

All inquiries for the return of a product must be made by phone within (10) days of the original purchase date to be eligible. (1-888-995-7278)

RECEIVED WRONG ITEM

If our company sends you the wrong product or a product that is a different make, model, year, engine size, or application from what you have purchased, we will ship the item back to us and ship you out the correct application or product for your vehicle. Be sure to check that you have received the correct product before installing it in your vehicle. Exchanges will only be accepted if the product is not been installed and is returned in its original packaging. We will cover all shipping, handling and restocking fees if the determination has been made that our company has sent you a different product from what you had ordered.

PURCHASED WRONG ITEM

If the product you receive is incorrect due to a customer error that has been made during the purchasing process, in most cases the product may be exchanged. If the correct item is in stock we may exchange it and the customer will be responsible for all shipping and handling charges associated with the exchange. If we do not have the correct item in stock the customer will be responsible for all shipping, handling and restocking fees to return the item. In most cases the purchased item may not be returned or exchanged if it is a custom build or has been built to order.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

All defective products will fall under its individual warranty. Products that contain a warranty will have a tab or warranty information on that product's page. Please refer to the warranty for all the defective products or if your product has broken down.

NON-DEFECTIVE PRODUCT RETURN

In most cases non defective products are not eligible for return. If the product is eligible for exchange shipping, handling and restocking fees will be assessed.

GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE

The validity, interpretation, construction, performance, enforcement, and remedies of or relating to any refund or warranty, and the rights and obligations of the parties to any refund or warranty, shall be governed and construed in all respects by the substantive laws of the State of Minnesota (without regard to the conflict of laws rules or statutes of Minnesota or any other jurisdiction that might result in the application of other law). All disputes arising under or related to this Agreement shall be brought solely in the federal or state courts situated in the County of Dakota, State of Minnesota.

CORE DEPOSIT

Certain products may require a core deposit. If the product you are looking at has a core deposit, the terms and conditions can be found by clicking the ``Core Info`` tab on the page of your product.

All pricing, shipping and deposits are subject to change.
