RETURNS
A defective product may be returned within 14 days of the original purchase. After this time you will still be covered by our warranty, details can be found under the “warranty” tab on the product page.
- The auto part must be confirmed as defective or faulty.

When items are not eligible for return.
- The auto part must be confirmed as defective or faulty.
- Items damaged due to improper installation, misuse, lack of or improper filling of fluid, and failure caused by use of performance modifications not furnished with vehicle.
- Items returned after the 14-day return window.
Return shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
If our company sends you the wrong product or a product that is a different make, model, year, engine size, or application from what you have purchased, we will ship the item back to us and ship you out the correct application or part for your vehicle. Be sure to check that you have received the correct product before installing it in your vehicle. We will cover all shipping, handling and restocking fees if the determination has been made that our company has sent you a different product from what you had ordered.
- If we mistakenly send you the wrong part, we will cover all shipping and handling to make sure you receive the correct application for your vehicle.
- The exchange process must be started within 30 days of original purchase.
- Exchanges will only be accepted if the product is not been installed and is returned in its original packaging.
- To be eligible it must be determined that our company has sent you a different product from what you had ordered. If a customer orders the wrong part or incorrect application they will be subject to shipping and restocking fees.
PURCHASED WRONG ITEM
If the product you receive is incorrect due to a customer error that has been made during the purchasing process, in most cases the product may be exchanged. If the correct item is in stock we may exchange it and the customer will be responsible for all shipping and handling charges associated with the exchange. If we do not have the correct item in stock the customer will be responsible for all shipping, handling and restocking fees to return the item. A part may not be returned or exchanged if it is a custom build or has been built to order.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
All defective products will fall under its individual warranty. Products that contain a warranty will have a tab or warranty information on that product’s page. Please refer to the warranty for all the defective products or if your product has broken down.
NON-DEFECTIVE PRODUCT RETURN
In most cases non defective products are not eligible for return. If the product is eligible for exchange shipping, handling and restocking fees will be assessed.
