Perfect AX5 Transmission!
I had an AX5 transmission break and looked around the web and almost all the websites claimed shipment within 24-48 hours, but then when you places the order it was a build to order so 10-15 business days were added to the shipment time. They had the item and shipped by the next business day. They were responsive on the phone and the core return was easy and again phone support helpful. I didn't order through the website but called them directly to place the order. I thought this would make it harder when asking for updates or returning the core, but no issues. I also found the warranty for the AX5 better than most websites were offering. No issues with the transmission after install.

We needed a Dodge Ram 68RFE Transmission. When we called, they told us the time it would take to send the transmission. It arrived within a week of the promise . They made it very easy to return the replaced core for the return of our deposit. I was told approximately how long it would take for the deposit refund to be issued. Great transmission and service
I called Jeff in the auto transmissions department because my 47re went out. Jeff was knowledgeable, polite and efficient. The transmission, torque converter and transmission cooler made it to NC in 2 shipping days. After it was installed, I drove it for 200 miles at highway speeds, with absolutely zero issues.
