This product is sold with a refundable core deposit. The deposit is required to ensure the return of a rebuildable core, which allows us to recycle materials and reuse non-wear components during the remanufacturing process. This helps keep overall product costs competitive.
The core deposit is added to your order total at the time of purchase. Once your returned core is received and inspected at our facility, the deposit is refunded according to the payment method used for the original purchase.
To receive a full core deposit refund, the core must be received within 30 days of delivery. Cores returned after this period may be subject to reduced refunds or additional fees. Any return extensions must be approved by a sales manager in advance.
Core deposit refunds are typically processed within 1–3 weeks after the core is received and inspected. Credit card refunds are issued to the original card. Check payments are refunded by mail. If you have not received your refund within three weeks, please contact us to confirm receipt.
In most cases, your order will include a shipping document known as a Bill of Lading. You or your repair facility may return the core with the delivery driver, if applicable, or schedule a pickup directly with the shipping carrier using the phone number listed on the Bill of Lading. It is important to use the provided shipping documentation to avoid being billed directly by the carrier.
